We listen to the request as made, then to everything it actually touches: the workflows, the people, the data, and the things nobody mentioned in the brief.
Diagnose
We find the structural cause, not just the visible symptom. Sometimes the request turns out to be right. Often what is needed is different, or smaller.
Anticipate
We look three to five years ahead before recommending anything. A platform that cannot handle what is coming is a liability, not a solution.
Only after these three layers are visible do we recommend a build. Sometimes the recommendation is smaller and sharper than the client expected.
